Safehotels welcomes Jake Stein as our new Vice President, Sales, to head our ambitious international growth plans.
A seasoned travel and hospitality industry professional, Jake has spent much of his career with travel platform Expedia Group. Over fifteen years with the company, he worked with small, medium-sized, and global hotel chains as well as casino hotel operators and lodging connectivity companies. Most recently, Jake focused on property owners, including institutional investors, private equity firms, sovereign wealth and insurance funds. He gained valuable insights into hotel owners’ priorities as he helped them use digital channels to grow their business.
At Safehotels, Jake will work on strengthening our sales message, demonstrating the value that certification brings to hotels: “Safehotels has a trusted brand, known for its integrity and authenticity. I want to show hotels, and hotel groups, how independent Safehotels’ certification will reinforce their safety and security program and strengthen their brand.”
